Roger Evans is an experienced litigator with over 30 years of experience in personal injury, domestic relations, probate, estate planning, and business matters. Roger has extensive trial experience, having conducted numerous jury and non-jury trials in federal and state courts and arbitrations in various forums.
Roger is an active member in the community. Roger is a member of the American Association for Justice (Motor Vehicles and Products Liability Section), Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, OSB Family Law Section, OSB Litigation Section, and Marion County Bar Association. Roger is licensed to practice in Oregon and Federal Courts. Roger also serves as an arbitrator for various civil cases in Marion County.
Roger lives in Salem, Oregon with his wife Helén, and his two children. He is an avid outdoorsman that enjoys waterskiing, snow skiing, motorcycles, camping, and hiking.
