Roger Evans is an experienced litigator with over 29 years of experience in personal injury, domestic relations, estates, and business matters. Roger has extensive trial experience, having conducted numerous jury and non-jury trials in federal and state courts and arbitrations in various forums.
Roger is an active member in the community. Roger is a member of the American Association for Justice (Motor Vehicles and Products Liability Section), Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, OSB Family Law Section, OSB Litigation Section, and Marion County Bar Association. Roger is licensed to practice in Oregon and Federal Courts. Roger also serves as an arbitrator for various civil cases in Marion County.
Roger lives in Salem, Oregon with his wife Helén, and his two children. He is an avid outdoorsman that enjoys waterskiing, snow skiing, motorcycles, camping, and hiking.

Jenny Sommer graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in political science with minors in music and business administration. While at the University of Oregon, Jenny was a member of the Oregon Marching Band. During law school, Jenny served as Articles Editor for the Willamette Sports Law Journal and was active in forming the Willamette chapter of Christian Legal Society.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate attorney in 2008, Jenny worked as a law clerk for Roger K. Evans, P.C. for two years, focusing primarily on personal injury cases. She currently handles personal injury, domestic relations, business, collections, estate planning and administration, and conservatorship cases. Jenny is a member of the American Bar Association Tort, Trial and Insurance Section, Business Law Section, and Litigation Section. Jenny is also a member of the Oregon State Bar Family Law and Estate Planning and Administration Sections, as well as the Marion County Bar Association and the Mary Leonard Law Society.
An avid sports fan, Jenny enjoys watching football and basketball. Jenny is an Oregon native and lives in Salem with her husband, Chris.
